Ingredients:
1 cup spinach leaves, washed
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Ice cubes or frozen zucchini (optional)
Directions:
Place spinach, cucumber, avocado, banana, pineapple chunks, almond milk, and chia seeds in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
