Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves, washed

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Ice cubes or frozen zucchini (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place spinach, cucumber, avocado, banana, pineapple chunks, almond milk, and chia seeds in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
