Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
2 slices whole-grain bread (80g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
Everything bagel seasoning (5g)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
For additional spice top with hot sauce of choice
Instructions:
Prepare Avocado Mash:
Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lemon juice to the avocado and mash it with a fork until you reach your desired level of creaminess. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the Bread:
